Since moving the site to a Texas sefver, the average response times have improved by a lot as well.

My only question at this point is stay power. Do you have to keep moving your sites around servers every few months to get newer servers with less load? I wonder if this has been part of the problem for HostNine. People constantly migrating sites around that have a reseller central account….

Either way, for right now, things look great. HostNine will still score poorly in the December reviews of November statistics because we didn’t move until the 24th and went live on the 25th after our support request fixed the issue.

If you reference our screen shot displayed on our uptime report for September, 2007, you will notice we were offline to our testing server several times during the month.

In total, our California Node8 website was offline 2 hours and 0 minutes.

• September 17th
• September 18th - For one hour! Not good!
• September 19th
• September 23rd
• September 26th
