At this time, even though it isn’t mentioned in the terms of use agreement, HostNine is not an adult hosting provider. HostNine will not allow any adult content on their public servers.

If you decide to get a dedicated server, however, it wouldn’t be considered a public server and we think they wouldn’t have a problem with it since the entire server is for your own private use.

We have come to this conclusion based off a response made on their public forum in which I quote:

If you are looking for a host that is safe from porn sites shared on the same server as your, say, religious website, HostNine is a good choice for you.

However, if you need adult web hosting, you’ll have to look elsewhere like HostICan who allows such content.
